New biz cards!

After 7 years of not working on my own business identity, I finally got around to making myself some new cards. Now time to work on re-designing my website to match. I feel like I opened up a can of worms!

French Country Cottage

Thanks to Courtney for posting some beautiful photos of the business cards we made for her on her  blog! She posts about interior decorating and styling and anything that has to do with Shabby Chic-ness :) Lots of great eye-candy on her site!

I've known Courtney for many years and she's always had a knack for thrifting one-of-a-kind pieces and re-purposing them into something fresh and new. Off the Press: Feldman identity

The production on this was a doozy--letterpress front on white cardstock, white foil on grey chipboard on back, duplexed together! Also came with a matching notecard with the same specs. Definitely proud of how they turned out :) Designed by my pal Anjel.

Interesting shop tidbit: this was the job I was trimming that got me sent to the ER.

Super fancy cards for the awesome ladies at Alison Events! I love the simple design they gave me--minimal and no fuss typography--goes perfectly with the letterpress and painted edge detail. Love.

Poketo interview

Design + Print: Marin Kristine cards

Wanted to share this cute custom die-cut biz card I printed for local photographer, Marin Kristine. We met through a mutual client and loved the idea of letterpress for her cards. We took the customization a step further by cutting the shape to match her logo. Love it!

Farm Design

I printed these for Ron who owns a studio in SF called Farm Design. He does a lot of collateral work for corporate firms and has a super clean aesthetic. I love, love his logo. Fun and quirky and is a nice contrast to the perfectly kerned and serious sans serif typface :) I had to hit this form twice on my press to get it nice and black too.

We wanted to get these ready since he's doing some promo work for the LGBT Film festival coming up in a couple of weeks. Make sure to check out their website for more info.

I printed this card when I first moved into the shop with Hannah almost 5 years ago (!) Omg, I can't believe it's been that long--where does the time go?? Anyway, one of the things I love about my job is that I can always depend on the barter system if I don't feel like coming out of pocket for a service. This was one of those jobs--we needed a new sign on our front doors and he needed new biz cards. Perfect!
